Acceptance of Terms
By accessing viralirl.in or using any services offered by ViralIRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or engage our services.
About ViralIRL
ViralIRL is a marketing company based in India, offering a range of digital and offline marketing services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, influencer marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
Services
All services provided by ViralIRL are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal mutually agreed upon before commencement. These Terms govern the general use of our website and form the baseline framework for all service engagements.
•We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice
•Service timelines, deliverables, and scope are defined in individual project proposals
•We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts or viral reach, as marketing outcomes are subject to external platform algorithms and market conditions
Payment Terms
All payments for services are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
•Payments are due as per the invoice or proposal agreed upon before service commencement
•Applicable GST will be charged on all invoices as per Indian tax regulations
•We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay
•Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services without liability to ViralIRL
Intellectual Property
All content on viralirl.in, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of ViralIRL and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Creative assets, strategies, and campaigns developed by ViralIRL for clients remain the intellectual property of ViralIRL until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client as agreed in the service contract.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
•Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
•Ensure that content, assets, or information shared with us does not infringe on any third-party rights
•Obtain any required permissions, licenses, or clearances for content used in campaigns
•Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralIRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the respective service agreement. ViralIRL reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, fees for work completed to date are payable by the client.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Amendments
ViralIRL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
